45 inch Side Valve Rigid cast neck is constructed of raw steel forging and is machined to accept stock size frame tubes. Accepts 7/8 inch neck cups not included. *NOTE: Frame parts are forged and machined using tooling exclusively by V-Twin MFG. **NOTE: Must be welded in place.
