10-2008 Panhead 74 Short Block

74 inch short block is shipped fully assembled. Unit features S&S crankcases Sifton oil and breather assembly stock stroke flywheel Timken bearings stock cam properly installed with a matched pinion and cam gear with Torrington bearing. Assembly is supplied with a cam cover and chrome lifter blocks are fitted with standard tappets. Tappets will accept a hydraulic lifter unit or solid conversion kit sold separately. Manufacturer's Statement of Origin is supplied. Short block can be used with 1941-1964 4-speed transmission with the use of the use of V-Twin #17-0139 11-3/4 inch transmission mainshaft.
