51-0097 - Replica Retro Wishbone 30 Rake Frame

Replica retro wishbone frame original style is updated to accept flat side tanks. Original forged parts include: neck side car mounts and rear axle area. For all Big Twin engines with 4 5 or 6 speed transmission. Includes seat post transmission mount plate for 4-speed transmission and rear axle. Accepts Panhead Shovelhead Evolution and Twin Cam engines but will require a tin inner primary. Accepts 1986-1999 FXST gas tanks and chain final drive. Frame has a +2 inch raised neck and 9-1/8 inch between the axle plates. Supplied with the frame is the brake cross shaft for mechanical brakes and stock rear axle plate for use of the star hub wheel and mechanical brakes. The frame is taller in the engine compartment to house the Evolution and Twin Cam motors. Can also be used with rigid mount 5 and 6 speed transmissions. Retro V-Twin rigid frame accepts solid mount TC-88 engines using steel motor mount available separately. Accepts a 140mm rear tire. Frame may require modification to the motor mount holes for correct alignment and for clearance in the front rocker box area. Suggested to pre-assemble with inner primary transmission and rear mount adapter on TC-88 type motors.
