Raw finish gas tank set accepts gas only on both sides 5 gallons. Tanks has 2 3/8 inch NPT fittings on each tank half. Tank includes 2-1/2 gallon per side for gas only. Tank does not have provision for instrument dash panel or fuel shut off rod. Must use remote oil tank! 45 WR tanks use rubber fuel and oil lines as Original. Tank accepts 1936-46 early shifter gate. Does not accept reserve fuel shut off rod assembly.*NOTE: Uses 2 vented gas caps which are not included. Before installation or painting check gas tank for any flaws. Do not grind or sand seams or welded joints. Clean the inside of the tank pressure test. Check petcock openings ensuring petcock can be easily installed. Use proper hardware for the installation process. Order oil return pipe kit separately. Please install tanks with fitting in frame with motor installed before painting. *NOTE: WR style gas tank sets may require installer to indent the bottom of the tank for head or other clearances required.
