10-8168 - Replica Sifton FLH Cam

Stock lift cam for Panhead replica type is the replacement for 1958-1969 FLH models. This is a 74 inch cam with a .412 lift. *NOTE: The motor side of the cam is sized to fit needle bearing in case. The bushings in case on 1948-57 models will have to be reamed to size or changed to needle bearing.
