51-1939 - Replica HM Knucklehead 28 Rake Frame

Replica frame is an authentic reproduction of the factory style featuring 13 brazed joints. The 28 rake neck angle will accept inline spring forks. Features original DIF forging marks on the left side of the neck. Frame will accommodate Knucklehead or Big Twin Flathead engine and 3 or 4-speed transmission. Horizontal frame cross bar features 7/8 inch O.D. tubing. Frame includes seat post mechanical brake cross shaft rear axle assembly transmission plate and a motor alignment plate for safer shipping. Cross shaft bushings seat post bushing correct tool box mount and grease fittings are pre-installed.Updated Knucklehead frame features forgings with the markgins inchHot Forged inch in place. Forged parts include: Neck front and rear motor mounts yoke side car loops and rear axle plates. For original look on rear axle plates the rearbrake slot on the left side must be cut out at the front. We have left this inchclosed inch for the builder to remove as desired.
