KR replica rear seat pad has a thick leather base with four corner grommetts for direct fender mounting. High quality foam is covered with genuine leather. Top surface is smooth style design. Fender must be drilled to mount. Have brass grommets installed to accept a 1/4 inch screw for mounting.
