49-2466 - Factory Sample 18 inch Spring Fork Assembly Chrome

Unit includes inner and outer springs chrome front and rear legs and inside black rockers for a 3/8 inch axle. For use with internal brake wheel. Includes all studs bushings and spring rods with bushings. For use with a 7/8 inch neck. Top clamp neck races and cone nut are not included. Some assembly may be required. 1 inch tubes on rear legs are tapped 3/4 inch-16 to accept threaded riser bushing set with this installed the builder can use a triple tree without ears and choice of post riser set. The 45 rockers are mounted in board of the fork legs and accept a 3/8 inch diameter axle. The distance between the rockers measure 6.5 inch. These forks are replicas of the stock units with electric welded and brazed construction and will accept all original style components and accessories for the detailed replica look. Factory samples are brand new pre-production parts but have imperfections in the finished surface. Check threaded and bearing holes for excess plating before installation. There are no physical defects such as cracks or holes there will be cosmetic imperfections only. Sample parts may show marks from installation test and fitment.
