Tapered front or rear star type bearing wheel hub features a chrome finish. Hub will not accept stock OE type axles. Installation will require axle sleeve and spacers to be modified or fabricated by installer. Hub features a 11/16 inch I.D. tapered bearing. And requires the use of an 11/16 inch (0.6875) axle. VT #44-0213 #44-0232 #44-0217 #44-0470 and #44-0089 are 11/16 inch O.D. but will still require axle to be cut to correct length based on application. Axle lengths are noted in web description for each part number. If required order sleeve for 1941-1957 rigid models. *NOTE: OEM axles must be turned down to install!. Start hub with sealed ball bearing accepts 11/16 inch axle for use as a spool wheel hub.
