Chrome heavy duty inner primary cover with built in drilled and tapped riser studs. Cover is reinforced in all the critical stress areas. Includes primary housing bearing and seal; and two steel sleeves that go in starter shaft area to allow installation of a starter shaft bushing and oil seal for 1994-1998 models.
