38-0031 - Chopper Style Axed 4.2 Gallon Gas Tank

Gas tank is a chopper style axed gas tank with a right side petcock opening. It features dual bungs and a four bolt bottom for ISO mount straps. *NOTE: Order mount straps separately. Please test fitment before painting. Tank weld seams may require filler to meet your individual requirements. Do not grind or sand the seams as this may cause leaks. We suggest using Kreem gas tank combo kit to clean condition and seal. This will help to stop leaks and prevent corrosion. Check petcock opening making sure the petcock can be easily installed. Petcocck fitting should be masked or plugged during painting for easy installtion of petcock. *NOTE: UPS may consider this part as packaged inchoversize inch for shipment as compared to the actual weight which will result in higher shipping costs.
