35-0629 - 40mm CV Carburetor Kit for Big Twin Side Valve Models

40mm CV carburetor kit fits 1937-1948 Big Twin side valves and 1930-1951 Indian Chiefs. Kit includes CV adapter with 3 bolt pattern. For use with external throttle assembly. Fits 3-bolt manifolds to replace linkert carburetor. Additional hardware will be required for installation. *NOTE: For carburetor support the sliding bracket supplied will require drilling a hole for mouonting to the center case bolt (between the cylinders). Cut to length and drill the hole. *NOTE: Twist grip requires pull cable operation cable not included. External 1 inch twist grip not included. Kit accepts CV type air cleaner assembly which can be purchased separately. Many air cleaner are available for the CV carburetor pattern.
