21 inch x 1.85 inch Chopper style wheel with a flat style rim 2-7/8 inch wide hub 40 chrome spokes. Brake cable anchor bar and eye bolt are included. Wheel has 5/8 inch bearings and is a drum brake design. This mini brake wheel is a inchhill holder inch only so you don't roll back at a stop sign or light NOT designed for actual braking. **NOTE: All spokes on wheel need to be inspected and re-torqued after 500 miles of original installation. *Note: UPS may consider this part as packaged inchoversize inch for shipment as compared to the actual weight which will result in higher shipping costs.
