Made from 356T6 aluminum alloy designed to handle flexstress up to 38,000 PSI, and machined on CNC equipment to hold the tight tolerances required. Cases are machined to accept Original Equipment or aftermarket cylinders and are notched for stroker flywheels. They are greatly improved over previous models that had the left case race inserts cast in. S.T.D. now follows the factorys example and sweats their inserts in with approximately .006 of press.
