Completely laced and trued with a black replica Kelsey Hayes police style deep roll 16 inch x 3.00 inch rim (V-Twin's exclusive tooling) zicad plated spokes and nipples with a fully assembled black star hub. Wheel includes rubber rim strip. *NOTE: Zicad is a dull shade of zinc similar to cadmium. *Note: UPS may consider this part as packaged inchoversize inch for shipment as compared to the actual weight which will result in higher shipping costs. *NOTE: The valve stem hole is on the star side of the hub and measures 11/64 inch from the drum side flange. *NOTE: In the 1940's Kelsey Hayes purchased French & Hecht an agricultural wheel manufacturing business so in the 1960's it was F&H who actually manufactured the inchPolice inch rim for Harley-Davidson.
