Completely laced and trued with the replica Kelsey Hayes police style deep roll 16 rim (V-Twin's exclusive tooling) zicad plated spokes and nipples with a fully assembled black star hub.
Wheel includes rubber rim strip. *NOTE: Zicad is a dull shade of zinc similar to cadmium. *Note: UPS may consider this part as packaged oversize for shipment as compared to the actual weight which will result in higher shipping costs. *NOTE: In the 1940's Kelsey Hayes purchased French & Hecht an agricultural wheel manufacturing business so in the 1960's it was F&H who actually manufactured the Police rim for Harley-Davidson. French & Hecht was a better fit to produce the smaller quality of rims required for Harley-Davidson production in the 1960's.
