38-0030 - 2 Stretch 4.0 Gallon One Piece Gas Tank

Gas tank with 2 inch stretch is a one piece gas tank with a left side petcock location and a fuel capacity of 4.0 gallons. It is a smooth tank and has a screw type bung. The tank has a 2 inch stretch to the back of the tank for a more cleaner custom look. The stretch does not affect the mounts. Please test fitment before painting. Tank weld seams may require filler to meet your individual requirements. Do not grind or sand the seams as this may cause leaks. We suggest using Kreem gas tank combo kit to clean condition and seal. This will help to stop leaks and prevent corrosion. Check petcock opening making sure the petcock can be easily installed. Petcock fitting should be masked or plugged during painting for easy installation of petcock. *NOTE: UPS may consider this part as packaged inchoversize inch for shipment as compared to the actual weight which will result in higher shipping costs.
