Black ribbed base plate with vent holes will accept stock seat inchT inch bar mount systems which also must be ordered separately. Features nickel plated rivets. Exact for 1936-39 EL 1936-39 UL 1936-39 G 1936-39 W! The measurement from center to center of the stud mounts in the rear is 10-7/8 inch.
