Magneto base includes gear drive shaft and magneto adapter. Brass base plate accepts standard Harley style Fairbanks Morse or Joe Hunt magnetos. The base screws into the tachometer drive hole on XL models. The shaft is driven by the existing gear. Order top adapter plate separately.
