51-0981 - Weld-On Frame Hardtail with Plate

Frame hardtail is weld on type and includes weld on frame plate. Accepts drum type brake. Hardtail should be aligned for chain clearance prior to final welding. This hardtail fits hardtail rigid frames. The distance between the inside to inside of the axle plates is 9-5/16 inch. DIY hardtailing is easy to install as the alignment is accomplished in the mount design provided. Welding should be performed by a skilled welding technician.
