51-3575 - 200 XL Rigid Frame 40 Rake

200 XL rigid frame features a 40 rake with a 3 inch stretch in front legs to accept a 1-1/8 inch belt with 200 series tire. Frame has kickstand tab and battery box mount welded in place. Accepts a right side drive transmission and is disc brake type. For use on 1957-1985 XL model. Frame does not have a cross shaft provision for mechanical brakes available separately as required. Manufacturer's Statement of Origin is supplied for the frame. Includes front and rear motor plate mounts. See photo for installation. These mounts allow 1957-84 ironhead motors to be installed. Addition tabs and brackets may be required a s build progresses. Mounts for sissy bar oil tank battery kickstand and rear fender mounts should be considered in advance before paint and final assembly. Always pre-build first dissemble then the actual final build! Use spacers which have 3/4 inch flats to fit plates with 9/16 inch axle hole. **NOTE: Check drain plug location for crack case drain frame cross brace may have to be clearance to allow access to engine drain plug.
