Replica wishbone frame kit is an authentic reproduction of a 1954 Big Twin rigid frame which includes seat post axle and transmission plate already assembled.
Frame will accept Panhead or Shovelhead engine with 4-speed transmission also accepts Knuckle or Flathead engines with use of a 3/8 inch front engine mount spacer. Features mechanical brake cross shaft bushings tool box mount and grease fittings already installed. Forged parts include: Neck front and rear engine mounts side car mounts top seat post yoke footboard tabs and rear axle plates. Neck will accept key lock. Must order lower tank frame mount separately. *NOTE: There are no serial numbers stamped on the replica frame. V-Twin MFG supplys a Bill of Sale only referencing the part number. *Note: UPS may consider this part as packaged inchoversize inch for shipment as compared to the actual weight which will result in higher shipping costs.

Tech Notes: Suggested to use with #51-0545 Lower Tank Frame Mount with Cross Plate. Before painting and assembly check V-Twin #51-0644 Raw Lower Tank Mount Tab Set location. Then fasten lower gas tank mount after engine and tanks installed. *NOTE: Wishbone frame legs do not have horn mount tabs frame legs with offset are smooth. Top motor mount is later heavier type. *NOTE: Includes pads to mount horn on wishbone down tubes VT #51-0593 Wishbone Frame Horn Bracket. Suggested to use with #51-0644 Lower Tank Mount Tab Set Raw for the front lower gas tank mount bracket. *NOTE: Seat post and cross shaft bushings may require futher reaming for proper fit. *NOTE: The widest tire this frame will accept is 130.
