55-0004 - Frame and Fork Kit

Frame and fork kit includes replica wishbone frame kit and black 28 inch offset spring fork assembly. Kit includes rear axle assembly transmission mount plate seat post assembly and brake cross shaft with bushings installed. Will accept 1948-84 Panhead or Shovelhead engine with 4-speed transmission. Also engine with use of a front engine mount spacer. Exact blanked and formed stampings are utilized in their respective places with the correct tool box mount. Mechanical braks cross shaft tube with grease fittings and bushings are installed. Forged parts include: neck front and rear engine mounts side car loops top seat post yoke footboard tabs and rear axle plates. Neck will not accept key lock. *NOTE: Order motor spacer plate for Flathead or Knucklehead separately. *NOTE: There are no serial numbers stamped on the replica frame. V-Twin MFG supplys a Bill of Sale only referencing the part number. Seat post and cross shaft bushings may require further reaming for proper fit. For this reason frames will not accept for return. (RGA). *NOTE: UPS may consider this part aspackaged inchoversize inch for shipment as compared to the actual weight which will result in higher shipping costs.
