counter purchase, the battery will be replaced and the purchaser charged only f or the period of ownership based on the regular price at the time of retur n prorated over the number of months of
warranty. This warranty is available through the dealer to the or iginal retail customer and is not tr ansferrable and is voided by the use of rejuvenators, improper electrolyte, neglect or abuse.
